Procedures Implemented for Success

• Roofing Procedure

  1. Landscaping, decks, and siding are covered to prevent damage (when possible)
  2. Roof is then torn down to the decking and inspected for rotten, brittle, impenetrable or improperly installed wood. Decking is replaced as needed (city code/warranty requirements) and is an additional charge.
  3. Breathable synthetic felt is laid down once decking is deemed solid
  4. Ice & water shield is installed in all valleys in case of ice trap and water backing
  5. Starter Strip is then installed around the perimeter of the home to add as a protective barrier
  6. 50-year shingles will then be installed with a 6-nail application to ensure wind protection up to 130 mph
  7. All metal, step, chimney, and counter flashing will be inspected then replaced if needed
  8. Upon completion, the crew surveys the property and clears gutters, yard, driveway and roof of debris
  9. Final walk-through is conducted with the homeowner

• Siding Procedure

  1. Landscape and decks are covered to prevent damage (when possible)
  2. Siding is torn down to the sheathing for inspection of rotten wood
  3. We will then install the Fan-Fold Insulation with 1 1⁄4 inch nails
  4. Once properly insulated, we will begin to install the siding and trim of your choice
  5. Upon completion, the crew surveys the property and clears yard and driveway of debris
  6. Final walk-through is conducted with the homeowner
